Required Forms
All student-athletes must have a current physical, insurance waiver, and parent consent form on file BEFORE participating in conditioning, try-outs, or practices. These forms can be turned into the Athletic Director (keep a copy for your records).
These forms are available in the main office or can be downloaded from the Decatur Bulldog Boosters' (DBB) Web page. Please see each sport's Web page for conditioning and tryout dates.
Decatur Bulldog Boosters (DBB)
By joining DBB your membership dues can immediately be used to buy the equipment and uniforms our athletes need to compete. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our sports programs and helping them reach new heights each year. Tax dollars aren’t used to buy uniforms, equipment (including nets, mats, balls, batting cages, etc.) and athlete recognition banquets and awards…total funding for these items comes from supporters like you!
We do not have a booster club for each sport...we have one booster club that supports ALL sports at RMS and DHS. Please join us! Your Membership is an Investment in Quality Athletic Programs at Decatur High School AND Renfroe Middle School!!
